Description: A system tray-based application that allows you to control your computer’s volume and mute settings via keyboard hotkeys. It uses a very simple “icon skin” to give you instant visual feedback of your current volume settings. Volt was inspired by another tray-based volume app called VolumeTray. I used this app for many years but there were a few things that I always wanted to add/change about it so I wrote Volt.
Update: I never updated this application to work with Windows 7 and later because I started using Volume² by Alexander Irza instead.
