MAT (Mouse Acceleration Toggler)

Description: Change your mouse acceleration and speed settings via commandline.

Features: Run MouseAccelToggler.exe with one or both of the following parameters:
accel=[on|off|toggle]                 Turns mouse acceleration on, off, or toggle its state.
speed=[1-20]                          Sets the mouse speed.
cursor=[path to ani/cur file|Default] Sets custom mouse cursor.  Use "Default" to restore.

Examples:
c:path/to/MouseAccelToggler.exe accel=on speed=8
c:path/to/MouseAccelToggler.exe accel=off cursor="c:pathtocursor.cur"
c:path/to/MouseAccelToggler.exe accel=off cursor="Default"

If you run the exe without any parameters, it will pop up a box showing your current speed setting.

Supported OS: Windows 7. Probably works, but not tested, on Windows XP/Vista/8/10.
